·Free Shipping On Orders Over $100+; If the order amount is less than $100, please refer to the table below for various shipping times and costs to international destinations

·The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Due to the backlog of customs clearance parcels in the United States, Canada and Mexico, customs clearance timeliness has been affected, and delivery times may be delayed. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

·We currently do not ship to every country across the world. If you can't find your country, kindlyContact us and we'll do our best to get you covered.

Notes:

· After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 5-10 business days to process your order (except Pre-order). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

· Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes.

·Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will take 10-20 business days.

·The following partial shipping areas require approximately 15-30 days of shipping time:

Order Status:

·Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status.

·If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.

Order Address Error:

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
