It is always quiet and easily and smoothly cleans hard floors, surfaces, upholstery and curtains with an adjustable suction filter. The problem with the product is the use of  energy needed to scrub hard floors and carpets, which can be a burden to us at times.

However, looking at the reviews online, I asked myself if it was capable of cleaning my cat hair from the floor? Because the Previous vacuum I used found it difficult to perform such an operation. Still, the Miele complete c2 turbo team canister vacuum has the capability to perform this feature. It is also effective when vacuuming different areas in the household. It was quite pricey, but I feel it was worth the price; it exceeded my expectations.

Still, they are some things I don't really like about this vacuum, which is that some parts are always sold separately and don't come along whenever your purchase the vacuum. • After one month of using the Miele complete c2 turbo team canister vacuum, I can say it is so pleasing to use, powerful and quieter than the former vacuum my family and I used. I vacuumed my apartment five times now and have not yet found the need to change the bag.

However, still, I have some problem with this Miele complete c2 turbo team canister vacuum which is the tools and hoes used are inadequate, the length of the brushes is not encouraging, and the power head was not made to clean places like medium and large rooms, the hoes are not sturdy, and the plastic used for the vacuum is really thin. It does not give the idea of lasting long.

• The Miele complete c2 turbo team canister vacuum is an excellent vacuum cleaner, ideal for floors. It has an effective suction power, but I will not recommend this one for people who need a vacuum to get their carpet clean. I think improvement should be made to the power booster because the turbo booster filter provided in place of it may not have been the best option for the vacuum; also, it works well with only smaller areas, rugs and piles, but above all, it still a lovely vacuum cleaner and easy for people to use plus it is lightweight.

• When I was checking out the vacuum user guide, it mentioned a provision of a switch off button, but on purchasing the vacuum, I found out they had no such feature on the product. Also, we have to keep changing the head of the vacuum when moving from places in my home that has non-rugged and rugged floors. For us, my household has a lot of rugs available, so when I'm cleaning, it requires me always to carry along different heads of vacuum, which can be stressful for me at times. 

• The Miele complete c2 turbo team canister vacuum does an excellent job cleaning tiled floors but not so great when it comes to carpets, and you will always need to change different vacuum heads whenever you want to clean the carpet or tile. In addition, the carpet beater is tall and hard to hide away under the sofas, and if I knew I had to purchase small vacuum bags, I might have reconsidered my purchase of the vacuum.
