Can I use another model's filter on the Adapt ion 2 in 1?
No, you cannot. The models are different so the filter wouldn't fit in perfectly with the unit. You can purchase a replacement filter on BISSELL online.
What does Adapt Ion mean?
Adapt refers to how the vacuum easily switches from cleaning a particular type of floor to another. It could also refer to how it changes to a handheld vacuum to clean other surfaces. Ion is a lithium-ion non-replaceable battery.
Can the vacuum clean a small spill of water?
No, it is not. The vacuum shouldn't come in contact with the smallest amount of water. It is advised several times in the user's manual that you shouldn't use the vacuum anywhere around water. Also, ensure it is completely dry before placing it back in the unit.
Do I have to buy batteries?
No, you don't. The battery comes as an integral part of the unit. Also, it is not replaceable, so do not try to take it out when it goes bad.
How do I take out the dirt?
You take out the dirt by holding the vacuum vertically, then press the release button on the front of the dirt tank. Remove the filter tabs, then pull out the filter assembly. Throw the trash in the dirt cup, then reassemble everything.

Destroyed in transitIf the order is damaged in transit, i.e. tracking showing damage occurred during transit, the buyer can request refund with the screenshot of tracking as a proof.
Returned to senderIf tracking shows the order returned to sender, the buyer can request a full refund or a redelivery.
Delivered but not receivedIf the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and the supplier fails to provide proof of delivery, the buyer shall contact Support@buymyloves.com or contact us through the BuyMyloves account with Contact Message.

When the buyer received the package and find products have quality issues, he/she can request a refund after return with photos or videos as a proof. If we accept the request, please make the return and upload the tracking within 15 days. In this case we would issue a 100% refund to you after you return the products in good condition.
